OSF Little Company of Mary cancer patients and their families COOKED LIVE during this interactive cooking class. A shopping list was provided beforehand so attendees could cook simultaneously with Chef Ryan via Zoom. Along with his Sous chef for the evening, OSF LCMH’s own Kelly Walsh, Integrative Therapy Coordinator, they made comforty side dishes that were big on taste, but not the waist!
